    Accessing CareerCenter Services

    Once coming into The CareerCenter we will assist you and guide you through each Core Level.

    First Level: Includes viewing the Oreintation Slide Show this describes what the CareerCenter can do for you. As well as Registering with Maine Job Bank(LEON).
    You will receive a packet for basic Registration paperwork. Which we keep on file. You need to complete the Interest Profiler which is a short activity you will do after registering with the CareerCenter Job Bank. Next,actively seek work for at least 30 days as well as register for the Casas Testing and the Ability Profiler Test which are held twice a month. Information on tests are on our web site. You may come in and/or call for scheduling an appointment for the testing. You may also register for any workshops available that can assist you in learning how to do Resumes and/or Update Interview Skills. We have many resources for you to use in guiding you to obtain a job/job search or further your career with training.(Only after meeting eligiblity requirements)

    After completeing the first level and job search you may benefit from having an Intake completed. Schedule for an Intake with a CareerCenter Specialist, bringing with you the verifiable documents that the specialist needs for completing the Intake. Please keep in mind that our primary goal is Employment.
