Course Syllabus
Microsoft Excel Basics
This class utilizes Microsoft Excel 2021, and the examples will be shared in
that version. If you do not have this version, feel free to follow along.
Session 3
Formulas and Functions
Intro to Formulas
Students will learn how to use cell references to create a simple formula in Excel.
Students will learn the symbols used for basic formulas
Students will learn how to describe a range.
Intro to basic Functions
Students will learn the "auto-sum" function
Students will learn the average function
Students will learn the max function
Students will learn the min function
